Installation of new roadway lighting along Route 61 East Jackson Blvd. from approximately the intersection of North Hilltop Drive in an easterly direction to South Old Orchard Road & Installation of new electric services and renovation of existing circuit wiring for existing lighting along MO-72 West Jackson Blvd. from approximately 1000’ east of County Road 335 in an easterly direction to Highway 25/South Hope Street.
