Cape Girardeau County Courthouse

Strickland Engineering was the MPE consultant for the new 82,000 square-foot Cape Girardeau County Courthouse. The building features six courtrooms, a state-of-the-art security and notification system, and ample natural lighting thorughout. The $19 million justice center allowed for increased space for state courts, ensured secure prisoner travel between the county jail and courthouse, and improved the staff and jury areas.

Drury Inn & Suites - Flagstaff Arizona

Strickland Engineering worked for Drury Southwest on the building design of the new Drury Inn & Suites in Flagstaff, Arizona . This building design incorporates solar heating for domestic hot water usage, recycled greywater system to flush the urinals and water closets, dual flush toilet technology, energy efficient lighting and lighting controls.This project received LEED Silver Certification by United States Green Building Council (USGBC)

This project was the renovation of the former Vo-Tech Building into a permanent facility for the Alternative High School. The project was 17,679 sq ft in total area and consisted of renovating space from existing shop areas.
