SEMO Transfer Facility-Site Design

Strickland Engineering provided the civil site design as a sub-consultant to HNTB Corporation for the proposed $12 million project.This included topographic survey of 25 acre site for construction of phased parking structures, determine right-of-way and property lines. Phase I of the project included an access road connecting the transfer facility and Show-Me Center parking lots to the existing city street. Strickland Engineering is responsible for design of the access road, driveways, storm drainage, stormwater management, and utility connections to the facility.
