Strickland Engineering provided civil site design as a sub-consultant to HNTB Corporation for the proposed $12 million project. Phase II of the project included construction of a two level precast concrete parking structure and gravel parking area. Strickland Engineering was responsible for the design of grading, driveways, stormwater management, and utility connections to the facility.
