This project was the renovation of the former Vo-Tech Building into a permanent facility for the Alternative High School. The project was 17,679 sq ft in total area and consisted of renovating space from existing shop areas. The new facility included classrooms, administration area, science and computer labs, warming kitchen and multi-purpose room. The facility includes rooftop HVAC systems with energy recovery. The project included a new sprinkler system and an electrical system upgrade. Strickland Engineering provided the MPE engineering services to Phillip B. Smith Architect, Cape Girardeau, Missouri.
