Montgomery Bank Conference & Training Center

Strickland Engineering provided mechanical, plumbing, and electrical design services for the renovation of an existing 25,600-square-foot building into a conference and training center for Montgomery Bank, along with additional corporate office space. The renovated facility includes office areas, a conference and training center, a tiered auditorium, training rooms, meeting spaces, restrooms, kitchen and catering areas, public gathering spaces, and a call center.

The MPE design supported the building’s updated office, training, and assembly functions, including coordinated systems for occupant comfort, plumbing service, lighting, power, and audiovisual-support needs. The design focused on providing efficient, code-compliant building systems suited for both daily corporate operations and larger conference-style events.
