Kelso C-7 School District - New Elementary School
Strickland Engineering provided mechanical, plumbing, and electrical design services for the new Kelso Elementary School facility. The approximately 21,000-square-foot building was designed to support modern educational spaces, including classroom areas, administrative offices, multipurpose space, kitchen facilities, library, teacher resource areas, and team rooms.
The MPE design supported the school’s daily instructional, dining, recreation, and assembly functions through coordinated heating, cooling, ventilation, plumbing, lighting, and electrical power systems. The project also included building system coordination for specialized areas such as the multipurpose flex space and reinforced storm shelter areas, helping provide a functional, efficient, and code-compliant learning environment.
