Strickland Engineering provided mechanical, plumbing, and electrical design services for the renovation of the Midamerica Hotels office building in Cape Girardeau, Missouri. The project reimagined an existing building for use as new corporate office space, requiring coordinated system upgrades to support the updated layout and modern office functions. The MPE design focused on providing efficient, code-compliant building systems while working within the constraints of the existing structure.
