Strickland Engineering provided mechanical, electrical, structural, and civil design services for the SEMO University Observatory project. The work included coordinated building system design, structural support components, and site-related civil improvements to support the function and long-term use of the observatory. The design focused on providing practical, code-compliant solutions that met the unique needs of an educational and specialized observation facility.

Strickland Engineering provided wastewater treatment facility (WWTF) design services for the Highlands Ranch subdivision in Jackson, Missouri. The project included engineering of the wastewater treatment facility to serve the community. The work supported both the subdivision infrastructure and the treatment systems needed for long-term, compliant operation as the neighborhood grows.

Strickland Engineering provided site and development engineering for the Ramsey Branch Subdivision, a 55+ active adult community in Jackson, Missouri. Services included site layout and grading, design of water, sewer, and stormwater utilities, and engineering for individual residential lots. The work helped create a buildable, efficient layout that supports both long-term functionality and the neighborhood’s community-focused design.

Strickland Engineering provided civil engineering and surveying services for multiple phases of the Savers Farm subdivision located just outside the city limits of Jackson, Missouri. The project included site layout and utility design, along with boundary surveying and plat preparation to support phased residential development. Each phase was coordinated to ensure efficient infrastructure, buildable lots, and smooth progression of the overall neighborhood.

The system is designed for 16,650 gallons per day and includes a 16,650 gallon septic tank, a 33,300 gallon recirculating tank, (2) 40’x42’ filter beds, and 5,647 feet of sanitary sewer.

The system is designed for 14,430 gallons per day and includes a 28,860 gallon septic tank, a 14,430 gallon recirculating tank, (2) 50’x60’ filter beds, and 3,855 feet of sanitary sewer.
